Villa Charities’ Venetian Ball

Romeo DiBattista Jr

A business executive with more than a decade of experience in the energy industry, Romeo DiBattista Jr. serves as the president and CEO of The Recycling Depot (Maple) in Canada. Outside of his work, Romeo DiBattista Jr. is a philanthropist and has supported the Venetian Ball organized by Villa Charities.

Founded in 1971 as the Italian Canadian Benevolent Corporation, Villa Charities is a nonprofit organization with a presence in the health, social, educational, and cultural fields. Villa Charities raises funds to honor its Italian heritage and improve the quality of life of its community members.

One way Villa Charities raises money is by giving the Venetian Ball, a fundraising event that features fine dining and musical entertainment. A black tie event, the Venetian Ball regularly includes more than 1,000 guests who enjoy a memorable evening of entertainment and socializing. The next Venetian Ball is scheduled for March 30, 2017, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
